Iranian Society of Nematology, ISN was established in January 2014. The ISN has about 110 members from post-graduated and Ph.D students, professors and researchers.

The first Iranian Nematology Congress was held on 28th August 2019 in Iranian Research Institute of Plant Protection, Tehran, Iran.
Publications
The license for publication of Persian Nematology Journal as the official journal of the Iranian Society of Nematology has been issued and the official issues for its setting up are being processed. Editor-in-Chief: Gholamreza Niknam from Tabriz University, g_niknam@tabrizu.ac.ir
The journal will be published biannually.
